On Friday 16th December, The pupils in Year 5 and 6 performed a range of music for their parents. The Year 5 pupils played a number of songs on their clarinets to demonstrate how much they have learnt in their music lessons. The Year 6 children performed Christmas tunes on their clarinets showing how far they have come from the start of Year 5 when they only knew a few notes! The performance was completed with both classes singing traditional Christmas carols: Oh Little Town of Bethlehem and Silent Night; the children even sang a verse in German! It definitely put us all in the mood for Christmas.
